Bright Dairy has maintained close ties with Momchilovtsi since 2008. The dairy brand collected local yogurt cultures back then and developed shelf-stable yogurt for Chinese consumers. Its Bright Mosilian product became China's first shelf-stable yogurt and created a new market segment in the domestic dairy industry.

During the festival, Bright Dairy held a China-Bulgaria roundtable on food, nutrition and health. Bulgarian scholars from the LB LACT BAS laboratory and Chinese nutritionists shared their insights on high-quality yogurt standards and its application in modern life. Experts pointed out that premium yogurt depends on sound ecological origins and high-quality strains. It also needs to fit diverse daily consumption scenarios, including breakfast, light meals, post-workout nutrition and family dinners.

The festival recorded real stories of local Momchilovtsi residents. It showed their daily diets, lifestyles, outdoor activities and community life. These stories reflect the local yogurt dietary tradition and reveal how balanced diets, regular routines and close social bonds promote health and longevity.

Meanwhile, the festival introduced traditional Chinese wellness culture to Bulgarian participants. Local attendees took part in sachet making, herbal relaxation exercises and traditional physical training. A special Chinese-style wellness dance also displayed traditional Chinese health concepts of body and mind balance.

All these activities helped local people experience authentic Chinese wellness culture featuring balance, moderation and holistic physical and mental care. Besides, the event launched a China-Bulgaria "Yogurt Queen" selection activity. It gathered participants from both countries and offered vivid interactive cultural exchange experiences.

The festival integrated Bulgaria's yogurt and longevity culture with traditional Chinese wellness philosophy. It fully embodies Bright Dairy's efforts to combine classic yogurt craftsmanship with global nutrition research, health concepts and cross-cultural communication. The brand's Momchilovtsi-origin yogurt products have built a cultural and consumer link between the Bulgarian village and Chinese customers.

The festival also serves as an open platform for cross-border sharing of healthy living concepts. Bright Dairy stated that it will keep focusing on product quality and technological innovation in the future. The brand will draw on global wellness resources and traditional health cultures from various regions, and develop new products and experiences to meet the changing needs of modern consumers.
